What is the best way to contact the Long Beach Crawfish Festival? Due to the volume of ticket sales, the best way to contact is to complete the contact information form. (include your phone number)

I did not receive a confirmation email? Please first check your spam/junk folder. If not complete contact information form. (include your phone number)

If you still do not receive your email confirmation after it has been resent, you can use the order printout and go to Will Call with appropriate I.D. for verification.

I received two confirmations? Only duplicated orders will be refunded. Select reply to the confirmation email you wish to cancel and state that it is a duplicate order. You will be sent confirmation of cancellation shortly thereafter. It may take up to 3 days to be recorded on your credit card account.

I click SUBMIT on my order, but nothing happens?
1. Verify all information entered is correct.

2. Look for a Warning Sign (yellow triangle with an Exclamation Mark) that is indicating an error for that line of information.

3. Make sure ALL information is filled in. IF NOT, the order cannot be processed. That includes questions being asked.

4. Make sure your credit card is MasterCard or Visa. We DO NOT ACCEPT Discover or American Express.

5. If you are still having problems, complete contact information form (include your phone number). We will contact you directly.

I ordered tickets for Saturday, but I want to change it to Sunday? Tickets are good for Saturday or Sunday. You need not to contact us. We ask for which day you plan on attending so that we can estimate the amount of Live Crawfish to have on hand for that day. You can use your tickets on Saturday or Sunday.

Can I bring my dog to the festival? Sorry, no pets are allowed in the festival site (except for service animals).

Can I bring my folding chair? Folding chairs are permitted in designated area. No tents, gazebos, etc.

About the recent events of the BP Oil Spill, does this have any affect on the crawfish coming to the festival this year? Crawfish is Fresh Water and not Salt Water. The Long Beach Crawfish Festival nor the Fresh Live Crawfish supplied for the festival are NOT affected by the recent BP Oil Spill the Gulf.
