TICKETS ARE NOT MAILED. You will receive a reservation number at the completion of your order, that will guarantee the number of tickets purchased. PLEASE PRINT AND BRING WITH YOU to the Will Call Booth.

All tickets purchased online will be at the Will Call Booth near the Entrance Gate. The purchaser of the tickets will have to show ID at Will Call and will receive all tickets purchased in one Envelope. Ticket purchaser will be responsible for distribution to their party.

Sorry, no pets are allowed in the festival site (except for service animals).

Folding chairs are permitted in designated area.

NO BACKPACKS, PICNIC COOLERS, BASKETS, OUTSIDE FOOD OR DRINK ALLOWED IN THE FESTIVAL SITE. All food and beverage items must be purchased at the Festival.

TICKET SALES ARE FINAL. No refunds or exchanges in case of cancellation due to weather, natural catastrophe or any other event beyond the control of the Festival.

Crawfish meals are prepared by and are the sole responsibility of an independent vendor and not the Festival.

Acts, prices and hours are subject to change.

MINORS under the age of 16 year of age must be accompanied by an adult after 8:00PM.

Rides, games, food and some activities may cost extra.

Must be 21 years of age or older and properly wristbanded to consume alcohol.

You may not bring alcohol into the festival site, you may not take alcohol outside of the festival area.

Commercial activities and solicitation are prohibited without permission of the festival management.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
